As a personal training client, you’re paying for results, and the Results app ensures you and your trainer stay perfectly aligned to achieve your goals.
If your trainer is a TrainerMetrics user they can invite you to collaborate with them via this app. Please note that this app will not work without an invitation from a TrainerMetrics user.
With TrainerMetrics Connect you and your trainer can:
- Share calendars and task lists so you never miss a session, workout, or fitness test. No more confusion or uncertainty about what needs to be done and when.
- Deliver workouts directly to your phone, so you always know what to do. Trainer notes and reference videos ensure you never forget any instructions.
- Chat and share files in app so you don’t have to give out your personal phone number. All shared files, along with copies of your intake forms and fitness tests, are saved in the app’s file manager for quick reference.
You’ve invested in personal training, and your relationship with your trainer is a key factor in achieving your goals. Stay on track with the Results app!
