"Premium Bank" presented an updated version of Mobile and Internet Banking for even greater convenience of its customers who love new technologies and prefer online operations. The updated version has broad features and is very easy to use.
"Premium Internet-Banking" is a modern type of banking service which allows to make payments independently to a wide list of various service providers without visiting a bank office. All the client needs is an access to the Internet from any computer without installation of any additional software. Moreover, the users of mobile devices need to download the Premium Mobile Bank application from the App store.
Premium Internet banking also differs with other advantages, the list of opportunities that are constantly expanding. Internet banking services open to the client:

To be honest, before this application came out, there was another one that was working perfectly. Right now you can tell that system level went down. To check your balance you need to wait hours, if not the days to make sure that money are on your bank account. They don’t accept instant transfer from PayPal what’s upsetting. But it is just a little bit of the problem. Disappointed…

The recent update has brought a long waited functionality of transactions’ conversion paid in other currencies, also now now I can see the total balance after the last transaction, very helpful, thank you. Still waiting for international card-to-card transfer feature 🙏

It's honestly baffling how a bank that earns billions can't manage to develop a functional mobile app. I don't know who they’ve hired to develop this, but it’s clearly time to reconsider their hiring choices—or better yet, reach out to me, and I’d be happy to help them find developers who actually know what they’re doing.I’ve tried logging in so many times, only to be stuck waiting endlessly for an OTP code that never arrives. It’s beyond frustrating when the basic functionality of logging in isn’t reliable. You’d think a bank handling people’s money would prioritize getting this right.That said, I’ll give credit where it’s due—their customer service is excellent. When you reach out to them, they’re polite, helpful, and genuinely try to fix issues. But it shouldn’t have to come to that every time I need to access my account.If they can pour a fraction of their earnings into a proper development team, this app could actually be decent. Until then, it’s a disappointment wrapped in good customer support.
