Build multiweek programs with Claude or ChatGPT, complete with progression rules. Track on your phone or Garmin, then review your results to plan what comes next.
Plan your next training block with Claude or ChatGPT. Build workouts across multiple weeks, set progression rules, and adjust your program using your actual results.
LiftTrack is your training home for Claude and ChatGPT. Keep your strength program, workout log and progress together, from planning the first week to reviewing the last. Train on your phone or a compatible Garmin watch.
BUILD A COMPLETE TRAINING BLOCK
Tell Claude or ChatGPT your goals, available equipment and training schedule. Plan several weeks of workouts, decide how volume and intensity should change, and make room for lighter weeks.
Ask, "Build a six-week squat program with three lifting days a week." Your AI can use your saved programs, training history and training maxes to shape the plan, then save it directly to LiftTrack.
Your program includes the details you need to train: exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times and progression rules.
PUT PROGRESSION INTO THE PLAN
Give each lift a clear next step. Build LiftTrack's progression rules into your program with Claude or ChatGPT, or set them up yourself.
Add weight when you hit your rep targets. Or work from 8 to 12 reps, then increase the weight and start again at 8. Choose your increments and targets, and let LiftTrack apply the rules as you complete your sessions.
Use training maxes to set percentage-based loads, with warmups, supersets and RPE targets to structure each workout.
REVIEW YOUR TRAINING LOAD AND ADAPT
Give your next planning conversation the context of what you actually did.
• Compare weekly sets per muscle group with your four-week average
• See which movement patterns you trained and which you missed
• Review exercise history, strength trends and personal records
• Check your saved program and upcoming workouts
Ask, "Review my last four weeks. How should we adjust the next block?" Work with Claude or ChatGPT to change upcoming workouts as your performance, goals or availability change. Your AI makes changes when you ask.
TRACK ON YOUR PHONE
Follow your workout and log sets, reps and weights as you train. Use rest timers with audio alerts, and return to your saved session after minimizing it.
Your completed sessions become part of the history Claude or ChatGPT can review. No watch required.
TRAIN WITH GARMIN
Send planned workouts to Garmin Connect and follow them using your compatible Garmin watch's native strength activity. Completed watch workouts sync back to LiftTrack, ready for progress tracking and your next AI review.
Phone-recorded workouts stay in LiftTrack and do not export to Garmin Connect.

I have been evaluating different apps and features available. Initially I struggled with some features not being available but the support team has been very helpful. The app has a lot of exercise variety, with ability to push workouts from ChatGPT. The Pro version Max is a trained model & helpful with creating workouts seamlessly. It’s been built very neat and I am moving out from other apps to consolidate a strong integration with Garmin and Lifttrack. It provides all capabilities from other apps in one place. Thank you ! This is a definite solver for anyone owning Garmin to simplify their tracking & you can skip phone entirely by using a forerunner

Hey!I'm a part-time solo dev, so getting through the inbox sometimes takes longer than I'd like :(LiftTrack is a freemium app, so you can use most of it for free, with premium features available as add-ons.We are working together offline to make sure you discover all the features available with LiftTrack Premium
Does not do what it claims
Homilege
LiftTrack does not do the main thing it exists to do, allow creation of custom exercises that display during a workout on a Garmin watch, at least not functionally on a Garmin Descent Mk3i 52mm screen, which is essentially a Fenix series watch for purposes of workouts. This is not a LiftTrack but a Garmin limitation, except inasmuch as LiftTrack doesn’t do what it claims—allow for workouts using custom activities. It claims that using the notes feature of the generic “Go” exercise, essentially custom activities can be used in workouts. The problem is that during a workout the notes field is very hard—though not impossible— to access. One has to drill down into a single activity in the workout preview screen to see that field, which is far too cumbersome in a workout. I had such hope for this app but, again not the fault of the developer, it’s Garmin that isn’t responding to its customers needs here, am unsubscribing.I presume the other useful features such as progressive loading work well but I mainly needed the custom activities.

As you described, we had to design around Garmin's limitations. The workout-tracking experience differs across watches. Most watches let you create custom data screens while tracking a workout. It should be possible to display the workout step notes field with the exercise name.
So much better than Garmin Connect

For anyone who likes to track their lifts and has a Garmin, you know the Garmin app just doesn’t cut it. With this app it’s a lot easier to create my workouts including warmups, supersets, and organizing them into folders (which is nice because I change up my lifts a lot based on what program I’m doing). It also makes it really easy to track my progression over time which is fun to look at!
Best Garmin workout planner - Once rep weight calculation/progression is fixed

LiftTrack’s Garmin integration is frustration free, major kudos to the Dev! This app is solid: preplanned workouts, extensive workout library, intuitive UI, and seamless syncing with Garmin connect, and devices. However there’s a usability gap undermining the core workout planning feature:- Workout planner generates sets with 0 lb rep weights, even after adding 1 Rep Max- Premium subscription along with some workout history is unable to fix this issue as of now, was disappointed to see the promised feature not working. - Forcing manually updating the rep weights, and key missing component of intelligent weights progression, where most of the similar apps really ace thisI hope the Dev is already aware of this issue, requesting them to prioritize this fix, and this app could be the clear leader in the Gamin workout planning category! Excited to see what the development and features you come up with!
Bring unplanned Garmin strength sessions into LiftTrack, then add your exercises and sets.
• Add exercises and sets manually after your Garmin session
• Open the LiftTrack Claude connector from Profile
• Choose one-off or weekly scheduling from your workout
• See clearer Garmin sync status and reconnect or retry in one place
• See your best duration for timed exercises
