I’ve tried a bunch of different cleaners on this app. Some of them were just okay, some were pretty good, but I finally found Denise and she is amazing!! I book her twice a month now to clean our place and she’s super thorough with the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms.Usually I’d have to pay like $300 to $400 for a house cleaning, but with Homeaglow I’m only paying around $160-$200 for a 4 hour clean (and that’s including the tip). Definitely a great deal if you find a cleaner you love like Denise.

Assigned cleaners on this app has canceled on me five times now I downloaded this app to take advantage of the initial free cleaning and on every occasion, the cleaner found an excuse and not come and cancel. One cleaner canceled while driving to the apartment after they called me and said that they hate working later in the day as if it was my fault that they accepted this job. He proceeded to get mad at me on the phone and tell me to cancel the job and I told him no I wasn’t the one who told him to accept it. Then a cleaner refused to start a job when she was inside my apartment building because she didn’t want to climb up two flights of stairs. She then falsely cleaned on the app, but she couldn’t get into the apartment when she was inside the building and I was standing at the door of my apartment. It’s been a month now not a single cleaner has shown up to this apartment and one of these cleanings counted as my promo initial Cleaning. Do not download this app. The people on it are flaky and the customer service is horrendous.

I am using this app last six months and I have a lot of problems. First of all, cleaners are usually not professional. I had first two cleaners they agree the three hours cleaning and left in the middle of the cleaning without finishing it then left after two hours. One of them try to still charge three hours. Try are all on phone and talking worth someone. Other issue is the fee that charged by app. They are charging membership fee and top of it charging unknown fees. The cost being sum up like crazy. Last issue is that hard to find a cleaner. Either they are not accepting very wide range of chemise time. Or they accepting it and either they changing the time without asking you or they keep asking for reschedule. It is sooooo annoying and customer service is. It helping me at all. This is not acceptable. I would give 0 star if I had a change.

⭐ I’m extremely disappointed with Homeaglow’s customer service and billing practices. I’ve had cleaners sent to my home who were inexperienced or did not properly check in or out, and I was charged because of those issues—which were completely outside of my control.Trying to resolve problems is incredibly frustrating. There is no easily accessible customer service phone number, and I’ve had to go through multiple emails and different channels just to reach someone.I’ve also received unexpected additional charges without being contacted first or given a clear explanation. I could not find clear information explaining these charges, how much they would be, or when they would apply.I ultimately canceled my service, yet I’m still dealing with attempted charges and billing issues. I should not be financially responsible for mistakes made by cleaners or the company. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Homeaglow.
