The new app is completely different than the old one but I will say that once you learn how to navigate it, it’s a lot better and easier to use. I’m not one that likes change but the new app is better than the old one hands down.

Since joining this credit union in 2018 the service I’ve received as a whole has been abysmal. The errors, oversights and mistakes and false statements have been nearly constant. The ONLY positive thing about the entire experience has been the low mortgage by and Visa credit card interest rates. I truly struggle to remember a single positive experience with any department in your organization. I’d welcome the opportunity to explain just exactly why I feel this way to anyone at Centric who would listen, but I’m doubtful I’ll be contacted by anyone who actually cares to hear it or that would make a concerted effort to change things for the better.

The old app was simple and to the point. While people will eventually get used to the new app, it is overly complicated and confusing. It also has a lot of bugs as far as connecting accounts, and always wants to put my children’s accounts first. I almost accidentally transfer their money instead of mine all of the time. I also can’t understand why my credit card shows the incorrect amount available all of the time now.

The new app is very user friendly and has so many new & great features! Easy enrollment and login. Centric definitely had their members in mind when creating this app!
