I rarely write reviews. I wish there was an option for negative stars. Do not get scammed into this app. The ad for it seems so promising and the app is nothing like the ad. You can barely do anything on it. It's a basic tracker and definitely does not give you a customized meal plan. It should be a free app. Not worth the money at all and they give absolutely no information. They don't send a confirmation e-mail after signing up and the app is not very user-friendly. You cannot find any information regarding your membership.It is impossible to get into contact with someone and they charge your card the second your three month trial is over with no notice whatsoever and good luck, trying to get a refund from them. I submitted this app for fraud do not get sucked into this app. I'm hoping it is removed from the App Store.

I was desperate to find an app that would help in my healthcare journey. This app after purchasing immediately sent red flags as a false advertisement to exploit women with PCOS. The app offers no real help or support. The business is set to be able to sign up easy but impossible to see if you actually ended your subscription. When I went to dispute with the company over charges when it appeared on my end that I canceled the membership their response was because I purchased through the App Store and not through a health website I was not eligible for a refund. Please find a different health tracker!!!

I have tried using this app. It had potential to be a great app with the ideas behind it. Ultimately it isn’t worth the $90/year to not even be able to track meals or even track water. I’m very disappointed with the customer service team even though it’s apparently a “small team” it took over two days per response. Do not get scammed into paying for this when it won’t work. There are other more mainstream apps that can be tailored to people with PCOS now that it is a more known condition.

Charged my card without permission

I downloaded this app back in December, I had it for a couple days. Like any other app I went into my subscriptions and canceled it. Now 3 months later I have a $100 charge to my bank account, even know I CANCELED. The only way to contact the company is through email, which is always a red flag. And by the reviews of everyone else on here it looks like I’m just another who got scammed. Looks like I’ll have to cancel my card because this company is shady and taking money without permission
