We’ve introduced a new Tier-based Fund Transfer System to enhance security and flexibility: Customers will now be assigned a tier level based on their verification status. Tier 1 users have basic access and can transfer limited amounts per day. To unlock Tier 2, users must complete additional verification steps such as mobile number verification and NIN (National Identification Number) verification. Tier 2 users enjoy higher daily transfer limits.
