Have been trying to use the app for a few months. Not user friendly and no directions to troubleshoot for. Solution. Finally created an additional email. We’ll see how that goes. In store experience is wonderful. Dreama has waited on me twice and was helpful and friendly. She’s 10/10.

This is not the first time it’s not the second time that I’ve gotten containers and they only have 1.5 g in them. How do you not know that there is only three pieces in a container you can clearly look at it and fill it to know that this is not accurate y’all might need to check with your staff because this is no way this can continue to happen the last time I was in there something happened and the girl used all my points and it said I couldn’t get stuff so she had to do something and just give it to me. I didn’t get a receipt or nothing and it swiped all my credits. So it was basically saying I had gotten all my prescriptions when I had just got it renewed so I couldn’t even get anything else that day until your computer flipped over and I don’t even know if it flipped over right or not. I have been faithful since y’all opened and I got my My marijuana license, but I will find somebody else to do business if this is gonna continue to happen!!!! I’m not happy with this store.

It’s about time trulieve made an app. I’ve been on other dispensary apps and this one is by far the best experience bc it’s not clunky. They finally have a deals page where I can see all the deals they have running. Easier then the website tbh I’ll be using this for all my orders now
