This is my 2nd review and I’m gonna change it to 1 star because my daughter’s replacement aligners hasn’t been ship until now which they ask me to pay another $250! This is the 2nd time they have to get my daughter’s teeth impressions because in the middle of her treatment progress, some of her aligners didn’t fit on her teeth, so they have to replace it. They know for sure that a person’s teeth are not static and can shift position over time. The aligner is designed to fit the precise arrangement of teeth at the moment the impression was made, so any movement afterward will cause the aligner to fit incorrectly! You literally are a scam! You’re fooling people and scamming people of our money! Never trust them! At first they will give you the best customer service and will make you their priority and later on it will get worst!

Let me just say, I did not make this easy for Laila. I have a HORRIBLE gag reflex which is why doing the impressions was so hard for me. Laila helped me through the whole thing and didn’t even bat an eye when I was making horrible gagging sounds during our call. I’ve been paying for this subscription for a while but have been holding off on trying to do an impression again because it was so hard for me. Laila made it easier and I’m glad my call was with her! Now I completed my impressions and am going to mail them in!!!!
