As the messages accumulate, the option to delete messages would be very helpful. So many messages are using up so much phone space! Please integrate the option to delete messages. Thanks!
Developer Response
We appreciate your suggestion regarding the option to delete messages, Onelov2721. While deleting a specific message by long pressing a certain message is possible, we are only able to delete messages within a conversation, and not the whole instance of the conversation. You may also try to contact our in-game support so they can shed light unto this. We hope you keep enjoying the app!
horrible!

I hate chat! This allows other obsessed players to reprimand you if you're not playing in a group game together quickly enough for them and then if you defend yourself you're blocked. I don't know why they instilled chat in the first place. We should just be able to play, however we want to play regardless of how other people think we're playing. You should eliminate this platform and just stick with the game itself anonymously! Nobody should be able to talk to one another! This is where problems start as we can see on social media!
Developer Response
Hi Princess, thanks for sharing your perspective with us. We understand that group dynamic pressures can feel overwhelming during events. If someone is bothering you, blocking them stops all direct messages and invites in GO! Chat. If you wish to remove them from your main game leaderboard, tap Return to Game > Friends tab > Leaderboard > select their profile > tap the orange three-dot button > tap Remove.
Settings freezes/Delete chats

Every time I try to make a change to either the “App Theme” or “Settings”, it freezes the app. I then have to reboot the app and start again. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and nothing helps. It would also be nice to be able to delete a chat and not just archive it. If you archive it, and someone messages you in the chat, you don’t know about it unless you unarchive it.
Developer Response
Hi 760709! We are sorry to hear that accessing your settings causes the app to freeze up. Since reinstalling didn't resolve it, please ensure your device meets our minimum operating requirements (Android 8.1.0 with 3 GB RAM or iOS 13 with 2 GB RAM). Please reach out to support.monopolygo.com so we can investigate this technical issue further!
It’s just ok

They really need to make it so we can DELETE a chatI have a page full of garbage chats I no longer need and no way to delete them. Yeah you can leave some of them but not all. It’s annoying. Also there is no longer a notification red dot on the top side where you can check all your stuff so unless you’re looking you have no idea there is a message. Was a great idea to finally allow us to talk to our teammates during partner events but falls very short of being worth it
Developer Response
Hey Shelly! It is understandable to find the cluttered chat page and missing notification dots annoying. You should absolutely be able to clean up old conversations and know exactly when your teammates message you. We want this tool to be genuinely useful for partner events rather than a frustrating experience for you.
