Start each day with a Training Readiness score. It is based on the ratio of acute to chronic training load, combined with body metrics and sleep quality. That ratio helps track the balance between your recent training effort and what your body is currently adapted to handle. Readiness also accounts for short-term trends, giving you context that makes the score more relevant.
This helps you:
• Select the right effort & intensity for the day
• Build steadily toward goals
• Avoid injury and overtraining
All factors affecting your Readiness appear in interactive charts (Sleep, Training Load Ratio, Body Metrics).
Body metric history shows how training impacts recovery and adaptation. View data across 7 days, 4 weeks, or 6 months - scroll back as far as your history goes. Each view shows your avg, max and min values for that period.
View your sleep quality, duration, sleep stages and sleep consistency over 14 days. Longer time periods to come.

Anyone can regurgitate data from Apple Health, but this team knows UI and UX. They make health data accessible and understandable, and then translate that into usable guidance to achieve your training goals. It’s still early days for this app, but it’s an amazing start! I’m looking forward to using this app for a long time to come!

Good so far, but needs…

I like the app so far. It fits a niche I was contemplating getting a more expensive fitness tracker and additional subscription for. With this, I think I can stick with my Apple Watch and get 90% of the same benefits.One recommendation: report on periods of time in specific training zones. Perhaps integrate with the Gentler app for this. But if I want to target Zone 2 training, or work on VO2 max, it would be nice to have that data integrated to show the percentage of my training efforts that have been dedicated to those zones, and then additional recommendations to increase endurance, VO2, etc. Maybe have the ability to adjust or filter in settings so you can set your own targets if you don’t like the app’s pre-programmed recommendations?

I’m tired of my ultra runner friends and their Garmin watches. They’re not bad (the watches ;) but I still prefer my Apple Watch and want something sort of similar in aiding me on my fitness life. Now my bad friends who don’t use the Apple Watch…well I’ll just have to accept them.

Pretty much makes your Apple Watch into a whoop without the stupid expensive monthly fee. App is making good progress and the creators of the app listen to the users.Definitely worth giving a shot if you are more interested in your training data.

As the year winds down, it's hard not to start thinking ahead. This update, last one of the year, helps pin the plans down. Introducing:

Set clear targets for what matters to your training and track how consistently you’re meeting them, in the Progress tab.
What you can set goals for

• Distance
• Training Load
• Active Energy

How it works
• Choose the workout type
• Pick a timeframe (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Set your target and train as usual
Stack as many goals as you need, mix time horizons, and adjust them as your training evolves. You’ll see your current progress, trends, and past periods, all in one place.
