I was excited about this as calling in to reschedule/cancel is often time consuming because of the automated message, but this isn’t that helpful. 1. Cancel is GREYED OUT on some appointments, reschedule options are super limited 2. Treatment dates aren’t chronological and don’t include the full date (with YEAR), can’t tell which tattoos were treated at which appointment, and list includes appointments I didn’t make it to

On the app, I can see my future appointment and my previous appointments. But when I try to reschedule I get a message says I need to call in to reschedule. When I call in the automatic system is unable to help me. I can only reschedule if someone at the studio picks up the phone.
