In-app payments: pay for a booking by card. Video posts: share videos in the community feed. Community feed videos now play with sound. Chat booking cards show live status (awaiting artist confirmation → confirmed). You can no longer book a time slot in the past; timezone-correct slots.

Locked down salon accounts so operator access can no longer be self-granted; salon-privilege fields are now server-controlled only. Sign-up / password-reset codes are now brute-force resistant (crypto-strong codes + attempt lockout + stricter expiry). Push-notification tokens and other sensitive data moved to a private, owner-only record Notifications now update in real time

Salon teams stay in sync: booking requests and staff (join) requests now update in real time across every operator (owner + co-owners/managers), so you never act on a request a teammate already handled. Stale requests no longer linger: booking requests that are never assigned or accepted and whose time has passed are now auto-expired, and the client, artist, and salon are notified they stop sitting in the requests lists forever.

Nail artists can now accept or decline incoming booking requests before they're confirmed. Expanded notifications (push + in-app): appointment reminders, review received, job application accepted/rejected, booking accepted/declined, salon team member added/removed, declined in-chat offers, salon visibility into staff bookings, new posts from artists you follow, and nearby new jobs. Location search now surfaces real places and businesses (like Google Maps) with a cleaner, two-line suggestions list — across sign-up and edit-profile screens. Consistent styling for the profile action buttons (Share / Manage Salon / Sign Out).

Fixed 1-hour booking slots with a clear "Full" state on booked slots; removed the artist's ability to change booking duration. Fixed chat creation on booking failing with a permissions error. Added an animated typewriter search placeholder on the client home (artist ⇄ salon).

Redesigned client experience: home, map flow, salon details, and the nail-artist profile with an in-screen booking flow (select date + time, pick a service, book). New "Book with the salon": clients who don't know which artist to pick can request the salon directly, and the salon assigns an artist.
