Built in partnership with clinical & nutrition providers, the app helps extend care beyond sessions by providing tools that strengthen nutrition support, accountability, and connection to your treatment team. Key Features 1. Meal Check-Ins & Reflections Log meals, snacks, and behaviors in real time to support recovery goals and provide insights to your care team on nutrition patterns outside of program hours, allowing for more personalized guidance and timely support. 2. Mood Check-Ins & Reflections Complete brief check-ins to share updates on mood & feelings. These insights help your care team better understand how you are doing between appointments. 3. Care Beyond the Program Designed to support continuity of care, the Monte Nido mobile app helps individuals stay grounded in recovery skills as they transition to greater independence. The Monte Nido mobile app is currently available to current clients who are 18+ years old in an outpatient or day treatment program. Alumni are also welcome and can reach out to request access.
