I can’t use my camera to take photos of my face. Ok, so I uploaded pictures from my photos gallery. Then I couldn’t complete the “AI Face scan” because it wouldn’t save my birth year I entered and said “invalid date.” Ok, so I just skipped it and went to the NEXT step. Add products. It wouldn’t scan the barcode and there aren’t any numbers under it to enter. Sooo, o tried searching by the product name AND I tried just searching “Space touch”. ZERO PRODUCTS found. Dev team (if you can call yourselves that): it’s better to have no app at all than to release a truly $h!tty one. Terrible taste in my mouth after I just dropped literally THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. BOTTOM LINE: Save Your Sanity and skip this app. Just use the website until Space Touch decides to put their big boy pants on.

Kept getting emails saying I had to register my device in the app in order to have the warranty that comes with the product. Downloaded the app and the “register your device” tab brings you to a blank screen. So not only does the device not really do much (I have a Jupiter), the company won’t acknowledge that I paid for an extended warranty, and now the “required” app doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money on their products or your time on this app.

The app deserves zero stars. Says it is iPhone compatible but it is not. The app screen doesn’t fit the phone screen. Screens open to blank or non-functioning. If the screen opens blank it’s frozen. Previous reviews are all valid. Just hope the device and products work better than the app. Do not get sucked in just walk away!!

The app did what it was supposed to do—until it didn’t. I have Vega and Neptune, both with extended warranties. I use with Pearl de Floré products, which I added to the app, no problem. Now it’s as if my app was hard reset; none of my data is there, including where both of my products were registered at the point of sale.
