Still 1.5 adds a whole new class of motion blocking and a calmer, smoother engine. • Stops the spinning 3D product previews on Google Shopping search results. These silently auto-rotating product cards bypass Safari's autoplay control because they ship as muted, inline videos rather than animated images — Still now blocks them at the network and DOM layers. • Even on long, fast-scrolling result pages, product spinners are caught the moment they appear. A previous timing window briefly let cards play before being blocked; the new defense gates on the video URL itself, so there's no race. • Polish: blocked video previews are now fully removed from page layout, eliminating a case where the browser kept rendering frames on a "hidden" video element and leaving subtle motion visible.

• Catches more animated GIFs on news sites that previously slipped through — including image-proxy URLs (axios.com) and cross-origin CDN images (newyorker.com). • Stops the hero "curtain bar" sweep on president.mit.edu and similar jQuery-driven page-load flourishes. • Adds a per-site rule pack: sites with known animation patterns get tailored protection. • iOS fix: the SVG chart-reveal protection (used for Fidelity-style pie charts) is now actually included in the iOS build — it had been missing from previous releases due to a packaging bug.

• CSS animations now cancel at document_start — less motion flash before the page finishes loading. • Fix: pages using WordPress-style fade-in reveal patterns no longer get stuck invisible at opacity:0. • Freezes late-arriving animations (D3-style chart reveals, e.g. Fidelity pie charts). • Fewer false positives on lazy-load placeholder GIFs (macrumors.com and similar). • Handles extensionless URLs that serve animated GIFs. • SVG geometry animation patch moved earlier and narrowed — catches more, breaks less. • Animation overrides scoped to html/body so page transforms aren't broken.

Fixed a bug where animated GIFs on some websites (including newyorker.com) could bypass detection and continue playing. Lazy-loaded and initially hidden images are now correctly identified and frozen.
