I’m a big fan of texting “get in line” and have been using it religiously with great success. So when an app was announced, i was excited. However, this app is not even “close enough for government work.” I submitted prescriptions several times and nothing happened. No status, nothing - only the submission form show up. No confirmation of receipt. Nothing. After three days, i went back to texting and immediately got my prescription filled. This app could have been written by a grade school student learning programming - no demonstrated effort to make life easier. Makes me suspect motives on how this contract was awarded.

Another case of the government going with the lowest costing contract. I HATE that I’m forced to use this garbage. If you click on a notification and the pharmacy is trying to message you that there’s a problem with your prescription, you can’t even open it to read it! According to their lazy response to a previous review, the designers don’t seem to care about providing a history for chats. Imagine if *they* were trying to get a critical medication filled and had to use their own BS app. Wild. I have no idea if pharmacies are closing my tickets because the Rx is filled, not in stock, or the script is expired. Sure, the lazy app developers could tell me to call the pharmacy but when I’m forced to use this or wait over 3 hours on hold because of the size of my base, it’s completely unacceptable either way. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Hope you’re enjoying my tax payer dollars at the expense of service member suffering!

As usual with the military a good idea is destroyed by someone for their FITREP bullet. The pharmacy on Sewells point used to let you text the Que line and it would all be done easy and you could just stop by and pick up your meds. Then they made this app. Now you have to struggle to get the app to work and finally when you do get the app to put in your ticket you show up and can’t access your ticket. The app needs to separate your tickets so you can access the tickets when you arrive at the pharmacy. Additionally the search function needs to be adjusted so you can search the clinics and not the parent commands. It’s should be simple to just select your clinic instead of going through the closest local hospital. Why did they change to an app when the old system worked. Don’t fix what’s not broken.

Submitted request yesterday but no update. No message saying ticket ready. No way to check status - no secure message - nothing. All it allows me to do is to start a new request - after answering if I’m pregnant and if I’m breastfeeding it says “no departments accepting pharmacy intakes.” So in essence completely useless app.
