Smart Bolus is a smart insulin bolus calculator designed for people with diabetes who use multiple daily injections (MDI) or insulin pumps.
Calculate your meal-time insulin dose in seconds based on your personal parameters:
• Carb Ratio — how many grams of carbs covered by one unit of insulin
• Insulin Sensitivity Factor (ISF) — how much one unit lowers your blood glucose
• Target Glucose — your desired blood glucose level

• Dose rounding setting — Choose to round the recommended dose to the nearest whole unit (1, 2, 3), the nearest half unit (0.5, 1.5, 2.5), or keep the exact value.
• Where to find it — Open Profiles → Settings → Dose Rounding.
• Applies to results and history — The rounded value is what you see in the result screen and what gets saved to your history. The carb and correction breakdown stays exact for full transparency.
• Default is off — Your current experience won't change unless you turn it on.
