WHY MIND REFUGE
Most wellness apps are designed for someone else’s nervous system. The "just breathe" loops, the constant upgrade pushes, the cluttered home screens. We wanted somewhere quiet to go when an ADHD brain already has too much going on.
Mind Refuge is small, slow, and intentional. Quiet enough to use during a meltdown. Direct enough to use when you have five minutes between meetings.

PRIVACY

PRICING
The personalized hypnosis is $14.99 USD during the launch window ($24.99 USD after). One-time purchase, no subscription. Library resources are all free.
REFUNDS & EDITS
