The language you use and your behaviors can be important indicators of your mood. MoodMetrics easily analyzes the language you use when you send messages on your smartphone and estimates your physical and social activity from sensors on your phone. The language you use may be an important window into how you are feeling! Unlike paper measures that your provider might ask you to complete at treatment sessions, MoodMetrics estimates changes in mood and functioning with very little effort from you. You can review your results on the app to monitor your own mood and gain insight from the language, physical activity, and communication charts to help you better understand what might be contributing to mood changes. You can also share the results automatically with your therapist to give them a better idea of how your mood is changing and what factors might be contributing to mood changes between sessions. MoodMetrics is an easy way to track mood and improve communication with your therapist!
