When a watched category crosses a daily usage mark — 2, 10, or 30 minutes — the Accountability Division logs it. That is the entire mechanism. It works on any app you choose to watch — betting, trading, social media, or anything else you're trying to spend less time in.

Accountability improves when witnessed. Designate the one adult you trust to keep you honest — plus up to two optional backup Clamps, each with their own separate authorization and double opt-in. Once a Clamp accepts — 18+, double opt-in, no summary is sent until they do — the Division files them a short weekly summary: category counts, your rank, your streak. Content-blind, one-directional, and revocable by either of you at any time. Never sites, never app names, never screen contents.
THE PUNISHMENT IS THE PAPERWORK
Daily status lines from a bureaucracy that is required to assume it won't last. Attendance is noted. The Division keeps your record and never argues with you about leaving — cancel any time in your iPhone Settings, two taps, no phone calls, no guilt funnel.
