TruckingFiles
Travel
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
TruckingFiles is the driver companion app for commercial truck drivers operating under a licensed trucking company.
LOAD MANAGEMENT
View your assigned loads with full pickup and delivery details. See real-time status updates — Dispatched, At Shipper, On Route, Delivered. Access customer info, load number, total miles, and driver pay for every trip.
BILL OF LADING (BOL)
Scan BOL documents directly from your camera or upload from your photo library. Dispatch receives automatic email confirmation the moment you upload. Your BOL is stored securely and linked to the load.
TRIP TRACKING
Live GPS tracking during active deliveries. A persistent notification shows your current load while driving. Background location updates keep your dispatcher informed even when your screen is off — essential during long interstate hauls.
REVENUE & SETTLEMENTS
View your earnings by week, month, or year. See all unsettled loads awaiting payment and your full settlement history with gross pay, deductions, and net pay breakdown.
MESSAGING
Real-time chat with your dispatcher. Instant push notifications for new load assignments, settlement payments, and compliance document requests.
DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE
Receive and complete compliance documents directly in the app. DQ file requests and document uploads are handled without paperwork.
Built exclusively for CDL drivers who want one simple, fast app to manage their entire workday — from load assignment to final delivery.
