Optional summary features require lilCycles Plus. Choose a provider and check availability before starting: Apple Intelligence requires a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and its model ready. If you configure a local model server, review the information before sending it. For on-device generation, review the draft with its linked entries. Review server responses before using them. Your daily log remains available when summary generation is unavailable.
Privacy controls let you withdraw consent and delete lilCycles app data. Copies in Apple Health, Calendar, model servers or exported files stay under their respective controls.
lilCycles is for wellness reflection and planning. It is not for diagnosis, treatment, contraception or emergency guidance.
