BudgetXP+ is a personal finance app for iPhone and iPad. Track your accounts, set budgets, log transactions, and see where your money goes, all in one place and all synced over iCloud.

Manage checking, savings, credit cards, loans, money market, and CD accounts. Log transactions in seconds with autocomplete descriptions, category tagging, and a smart duplicate detector. Snap a photo of a receipt and the merchant and total fill in for you.

Set a monthly spending limit for any category and watch color-coded progress cards on your Snapshot, updated the moment you add a transaction.

See exactly where your money goes with a category breakdown by week, month, or three months, plus your running net worth.
BILLS AND PAYCHECKS ON AUTOPILOT
Set up recurring bills and scheduled income once, and get a reminder when they are due. Due items wait at the top of the account with a Post button, so one tap records them and the schedule moves on. On iPad, a badge in the sidebar shows how many are due for each account.
BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
Full iPad support with a sidebar of accounts beside your transactions. Automatic light and dark mode. Customizable categories with an icon picker. Search any description or amount, filter by account, and export your full history to CSV any time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. There is no account to create and no BudgetXP+ server. Your data lives in your own private iCloud, and BudgetXP+ never sees it. No ads, no tracking.

BudgetXP+ Desktop is available separately on the Mac App Store. Your accounts and transactions sync automatically, so you can log a purchase on your phone and reconcile, import a bank CSV, and dig into reports on your Mac.

- On iPad, the account sidebar now shows a badge with how many recurring bills and paychecks are due for each account.
- Due Today now sits above your transactions for the selected account, so the Post buttons are always in view.
- Every recurring bill and paycheck now belongs to an account. Older ones without an account are assigned when you edit them, and deleting an account also removes its recurring items.
- Bug fixes and polish.
