Point your camera at a license, permit, policy, or inspection certificate. ComplyBox reads the document on your device and fills in what it can, including expiration and effective dates, the document number, and who it covers.
Review and correct the details before saving. Nothing is saved until you tap Save.
YOU DECIDE WHAT'S TRUE
ComplyBox does not assume which date is the expiration date. If a document is unclear, the field stays empty and you can choose from the dates that were found. A blank field is better than a wrong reminder.
REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE IN TIME
Choose reminders 60, 30, or 7 days ahead—or set your own schedule. Reminders arrive in the morning and automatically reschedule whenever you change an expiration date.

Quickly see what is Current, Due Soon, or Expired. Expired items appear first, followed by whatever is due next.
ON IPHONE AND IPAD
ComplyBox is built for both. On iPad it uses a sidebar, and your items sit beside the one you are reading, so a license's dates, its reminders, and its scanned page are all visible at once.
Because nothing is uploaded, items stay on the device where you entered them. There is no account and no sync between devices.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account or sign-up is required. ComplyBox does not upload your documents or scans to its own servers. Text recognition runs directly on your device using Apple's Vision framework.

When something renews, tap Renew, enter the new dates, and ComplyBox automatically reschedules its reminders.

It is not the phone app stretched wide. On iPad the app uses a sidebar, and your items sit beside the one you are reading, so a licence's dates, its reminders, and its scanned page are all on screen at once. The dashboard puts what is expiring next alongside the actions, and shows ten upcoming items instead of five. It works in every orientation.
Also in this release:
The confirmation screen after a scan now shows the whole record on iPad, including the dates read from your document and where each was found.
Subscription details are fully visible in landscape.
Nothing about the iPhone app has changed.
