Create AI-assisted estimates and invoices, track job expenses, and accept payments with Stripe. Tap to Pay on iPhone is available on eligible devices and accounts. Run your service jobs from estimate to invoice with JobFlow. Built for independent contractors, handyman businesses and other service professionals, JobFlow brings job details, expenses, work photos and payment records into one workflow. ESTIMATES AND INVOICES Create an estimate manually or build an AI-assisted draft from a description, voice recording, photos or files. Review quantities and prices before saving. Mark optional work separately. Create an invoice with AI, select an estimate from the same project, or enter completed work manually - including quick jobs that do not need an estimate first. PROJECTS AND WORK RECORDS Organize clients, tasks and reusable labor and material items. Track project status from a compact project list. See the latest invoice total, or the estimate total before an invoice is created, together with recorded expenses and estimated profit. Estimated profit is a project total minus recorded expenses; it is not a bank balance or accounting statement. EXPENSES AND RECEIPTS Record materials, subcontractors, equipment rental, tools, transport and other project costs. Scan a receipt with AI, review its individual items, and exclude purchases that do not belong to the project. Add subcontractor details manually. Receipt photos stay on the device; structured expense data can be restored with your account. PAYMENTS WITH STRIPE Connect Stripe in Settings to accept customer card payments through shareable invoice payment links. On supported iPhones and eligible Stripe accounts, accept contactless cards and digital wallets with Tap to Pay on iPhone. Complete Stripe onboarding and Apple setup before collecting an in-person payment. Record cash or other payments and track the remaining balance. PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS Share estimates, invoices, payment receipts and project reports as PDFs. Arrange before and after photos, leave a matching photo cell empty when needed, and optionally include expense tables and receipt photos in the final report. Save your company logo to your JobFlow account for your documents and JobFlow payment page. Start with up to 3 projects on the free plan. JobFlow Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription for unlimited projects. AI usage limits apply. Stripe processing fees are separate from JobFlow Pro. Payment availability depends on your country, Stripe account, device and iOS version. AI features require internet access and your permission to send selected content to OpenAI through JobFlow's server. Always review generated descriptions, quantities, prices and receipt amounts. Cloud recovery preserves structured project data and your company logo; task and receipt photos are not included. Keep separate copies of important photos.
