Secondwind runs a list of timers in order, save your lists, run in the background! Minimalist view!
Build the list once: warm up, work, rest, repeat then press play, and stop watching. Steps spoken out loud or with their own sound, so you can follow a whole session without looking at the screen. Place the app in the background and listen to your favorite music!
WHAT A LIST IS
Up to ten timers, run in sequence. Each one carries its own duration, its own sound and its own repeat count, and the list itself can loop a set number of rounds or keep going until you stop it.
Name the steps! Warm up, Sprint, Recover, the labels sit on the cards, and you hear them when each step begins.
Save up to five lists by name. Each one remembers how many times you have finished it.
IT SPEAKS
Secondwind announces each step as it starts and counts you into the next one. Spoken cues are on from the first launch and keep working with the screen off, the app in the background, and the phone face down on a bench.
Everything sounds through the silent switch, deliberately.
END BY A CLOCK TIME
Set a time and the sequence stops there. Loop a circuit until six. End the session when your meeting starts. It turns an interval timer into something you can point at the end of your day rather than something you have to sit and watch.
ON THE LOCK SCREEN
A live card carries the step you are on, the time left in it and where you are in the run, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, without unlocking anything.
THE SMALL THINGS
Seven boundary sounds, chosen per timer. Three complete visual themes. A master volume that scales everything the app plays. And a wall of achievements, some of which you will have to go and find.
FREE, AND PRIVATE
Secondwind is free. There is no account, no sign-up and nothing to subscribe to.
Your timers, saved lists and history live on your iPhone and nowhere else, we hold no copy of any of it.
