Brew Assist: Coffee Calc
Coffee ratios, recipes & timer
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Dial in every cup. Brew Assist gives you exact coffee-to-water ratios, 28 guided recipes with a built-in timer, and a journal to log and repeat your best brews.
Brew Assist helps you make better coffee at home — no guesswork, no weak cups.
Start with the calculator: pick your method and cup size, and Brew Assist gives you the exact coffee and water amounts using proven ratios. Adjust the strength to taste and the numbers update instantly.
Then follow along with 28 guided recipes — pour-over, French press, AeroPress, espresso, cold brew, drip and more — each with a built-in step timer so you nail the bloom, the steep and the pour every time.
Finally, keep a coffee journal. Log each brew — the beans, the grind, the ratio and how it tasted — so you can dial in your setup and repeat your best cups instead of starting over every bag.
