Overall, the app is easy to use, but Prior to the last update, app use case would allow adding extra protein to orders like salads. That option is not no longer possible in the current version of the app. It can be done in store, but not in the app. App should be updated to allow everything that can be done in store.

The app was not fully thought out. For example: I ordered some items in advance for pickup, I arrived at the location only to find they are out of what I ordered. I do not want to substitute it with something so I would like a refund. There is no way for me or the staff at the store to accommodate this. So what do I do now? Dispute the charges with my bank? And to top it it off the head of staff seem a bit annoyed that I wanted my money back but that’s another topic. This was my first experience with the app and the restaurant. Add the price of everything and it’s enough for me to not patronize this place ever again.

I made the stupid mistake of downloading this app even after reading all of the terrible reviews. I only downloaded it to redeem the $10 off coupon. Tried ordering and it turns out you need to create an account to get this discount. After spending all the time to figure this out and then creating an account, I finally reach the “Rewards” section. When I try to redeem the $10 off it hits me with a “Invalid Authentication Token”.DO NOT waste your time with this app. Just order off Google Food or in person.

As much as I love to eat here the service and wait time is terrible especially if ordering through the app. I use it thinking it would take minutes off waiting yet I’m still standing for more than 20 minutes for a smoothie.
