Poorly made app. Navigating the menu is worse than looking up library books by Dewey decimal system. Too many steps to complete a purchase because they have multiple screens where they try to shove add-on options down your throat, then a screen to confirm phone number, a screen to confirm payment type, and a screen to confirm the final order, where they tack on a HEFTY default tip. It's painful every time I order.

The app was not fully thought out. For example: I ordered some items in advance for pickup, I arrived at the location only to find they are out of what I ordered. I do not want to substitute it with something so I would like a refund. There is no way for me or the staff at the store to accommodate this. So what do I do now? Dispute the charges with my bank? And to top it it off the head of staff seem a bit annoyed that I wanted my money back but that’s another topic. This was my first experience with the app and the restaurant. Add the price of everything and it’s enough for me to not patronize this place ever again.

As much as I love to eat here the service and wait time is terrible especially if ordering through the app. I use it thinking it would take minutes off waiting yet I’m still standing for more than 20 minutes for a smoothie.
