With just one click, you get the knowledge of how to operate the vehicle and its equipment. Explanatory animations, image searches, answers to frequently asked questions and much more complete the app.
By entering the vehicle identification number (VIN), the appropriate model-specific vehicle information is downloaded and is also available offline. You can manage multiple vehicles within the BMW Driver’s Guide.

Noticed yesterday or my husband noticed that the cover on the back bumper which is called the towing cover was missing. I googled and found that the piece comes off either by the car wash or people snatching it off your car.( I only use touch less car washes if I use car wash) I called the BMWDealership which I bought the car in December 20 from they were going to charge $53 for the cover, after talking to the nice gentleman and telling him that I googled about the towing cover and seeing where others have had The same problem and had went to their dealership and the dealership had went ahead and put one on for them .He went ahead and said he could do it this time but if it fell off again then I would be responsible in which I agreed that I would if it fell off again. He thought it would have to be painted but it comes in the color of my bumper.

Whenever I have an issue with my 430i convertible, no matter how small, the service dept is always there to rectify. Even the service manager is there to please! It is always worth the trip to travel to Habberstad BMW in BayShore even though I live in East Meadow. I originally tried dealers closer to me and was not happy or greeted in the same matter. We now have 2 beautiful cars!Thank you for your service😊

Having everything at your fingertips via something you always have with you is very nice. Provides the owner all his/her’s car’s information via a platform that is always readable, even in the dark of night…when the information might save your life.
Can’t add a car

I just registered an account so I can look up my car’s owner’s manual easily. When I log in it takes me to a screen where I guess I can add my car, but whenever I click the little add car button in the bottom right hand corner nothing happens. I try clicking the edit button in the upper right hand corner and still nothing. When I click the close button it completely logs me out so I have to go through the process of logging in again. I’ve also tried force closing the app and relaunching it but the issue still persists. Not sure what the issue is.
