The MyCloudFitness app will be officially retired as of April 21, 2026. The platform was originally developed and operated by a third-party company that is no longer maintaining or supporting the app. As a result, all access to historical data will be lost after this date.
Please note that we are not the original owner or developer of the MyCloudFitness app. However, to continue supporting MyCloudFitness app users, we have been developing an alternative solution. We are launching the MCF Thrivified app!

The app works well enough for me to use it but does contain glitches that can make exercise sessions frustrating. But what annoyed me recently was when a pop up ad covered the bottom half of my screen as I was in the middle of setting up a workout. It didn’t have an X out option, neither did clicking on the add then returning to the app clear it/remove it. I was unable, due to add placement, set the tension (resistance) to start my workout. I had to close out the app then reopen. Thankfully I was then able to program my workout settings. However, this frustrated me as I paid for the bike attached to this app. I felt like the app was trying to add a charge (motivate me to pay to avoid ads)—for something I already paid for. I recognize the app may be a third party ExerWork uses, but feel they should instead create and use their own app if the only other option is one with an additional (potentially) charge—or ads that impede use.
Not just ads, now drops connection frequently too

Oh boy, first MyCloud Fitness with ads added years after buying my ExerWork stationary bike, then monthly costs added, and now instability too. No better way to ensure I'll never buy anything associated with these cloud services again.
