Today I was buying my brunch in this place that they have always been very friendly, enthusiastic, available to take pictures of us in our meetings, etc., but today I had a special experience with Camila, a young woman who kindly helped us express our orders in English, She never made us feel bad because we do not speak English clearly, she patiently and with her good aptitude waited for us and helped us to express our order, and she had some nice words at the end when she said “you do not speak bad English you are learning well by using the language ”She said more encouraging words, I asked her her name is Camille, she is outstanding as the other employees have been. We can write and read it, but speaking for me is the hardest part. Thank you Camille Congratulations Zchlozky for your delicious food and customer service. Alexandria LA. 💪🏾💪🏻💪🏽

First of all when we got there, it wasn’t very busy and one of the ladies sitting out maybe two different tables walk in there’s no employee we walk to the counter were you order no employee except one that she was busy working had her back to us so we waited a little bit longer, but she might be done so I finally just walked to the door little bit and said hello and she said be with you in a minute well she finally showed up took the order and kind of confuse me and I ordered a sandwich. I didn’t like I ordered soup I didn’t like because first of all it didn’t taste the same which was the, like the Santa Fe super spicy stuff it tasted like chili instead of Mexican. We didn’t eat our food we left it. It was awful while we were sitting there trying to eat our food. Another couple came in, went to the counter and they waited just like we did nobody attending to them so the man he went back and ask, is anybody here. Same thing that we had to do. The food was awful. The soup was horrid. I was glad I got a bag of potato chips cause I can eat that on the way to Canyon to the granddaughters graduation. I sure hate riding this negative but if that’s the way it was. And you want to know so now you know.

Update fails to deliver

Updated to version 2.0. First time I launched app, it requires name, email, & password to scan in receipts for rewards, or a Facebook login (which I don’t use) to use the app. I needed one more visit to get a $7 reward. After setting up a new account, it will not let me login. It keeps telling me not a valid account & ‘re-sign again’ OR crashes & leaves app & goes to my home screen. I appear to have lost my previous reward visits. Bottom line, do not upgrade at this time!Updated to version 2.0.1 on 8-4-18, 3 days after writing the above review. Same error messages! Cannot log in! Frustrating! Tried to reset my password about 5 times after reading other reviews so I could log in by using my email address, which is also my user name, but NEVER sends a message to my email address to “update” the log in. Complete failure on Schlotzsky’s for a nonfunctional app.After re-entering the same user name & password many many times, over about 10 days, I was able to log in & access the app. To continue with my disappointment of this app, just as I suspected, all my previous rewards for $7 off a meal were gone & it was over 72 hours after my last visit, so I couldn’t scan in my last receipt. Not really a pun - but it kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Schlotzsky’s we love…but…I made order online my hubby went to Pick up the order. I had specifically said curbside. When he arrived at the curbside all went well, I had even paid for the order. I had even paid for the orderThen the trouble began. They handed him a bag that was definitely not our order. Then they told him that Doordash had picked up our order to deliver.I had equipped my hubby also with the order number. They told him that the one thathe had been handed to him was the one with our number. After several calls to me they finally decided to remake our order but it was going to cost us an extra 30%. He said no. They decided to make it for him anyway. We finally got our order, at least we thought we had. But when he got home and unpacked the order there was one sandwich cut in half instead of the two sandwich’s I had ordered. The chips and center of the roll were correct. The saving grace of the situation was that no one had gotten angry and fussy or abused. All left friends. We will have continue to love Schlotzsky’s but probably will not order on line.
