I bought a super dry jacket from here (dressINN) . And it arrived perfectly fine tag attached and everything and the size was accurate. I was a bit scared ngl cuz of all the reviews saying they got scammed i had originally ordered from here without checking the app reviews and only checking in app reviews. Delivery kinda sucked cuz they couldn't find a secure place to leave it at so i was scared i had gotten scammed, i live in the last floor of my apt and they didnt come to knock or send me a message when they were around for delivery. But thankfully the package was left at the usps office so i was able to pick it up w no complications the next day!!! Idk abt all these other reviews saying they got scammed but i didnt (btw i live in ny)😆😆

Ordered something and created an account today. I'm still logged in with my web browser under that email. However, when I try to log in to the app, it tells me my password is incorrect...okay, no problem, I can reset the password. However, the password reset email never shows up. I have checked the spam and junk folder and nothing is there. If I can't use my account in the app, and I need an account to shop with you, then what good is the app if the login system is broken...? I can't track my orders in the app, only the web browser, and trying to reset my password there (since I'm logged in) requires me to enter the current password...which I am, but which the website does not recognize. So, I can't use the app properly because of this.

Don’t say you take Applepay and then claim you can’t deliver the item because of an incomplete address… news flash Applepay and the address are all tied together in one click, no other retailer has this issue figuring out how to deliver something I buy!Then to make me wait for a refund when your own pitiful package tracking shows the item is “being returned as it is undeliverable”? That was the response after contacting your service team multiple times. Poor response and poor service, thanks but a hard no thanks, I’ll spend my money with more reputable companies, buyer beware!

For two days now, January 10, 2024, the SEND has been non-functional for Contact/Messages. The text box was filled out via direct keyboard entry and also tried using paste from the clipboard and SEND button did not send out the message. Still looking for a direct customer service email contact method as an alternative. My order was received with several item missing from open tears within the plastic bag wrapping, original to the shipment from Spain.
