DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE business. I booked a cab 24 hours in advance. My cab was scheduled to arrive at 7:20am, at 7:25 the cab was still not here. I called the number for an update and they said they are “working” on getting a drive and it will be 30+ mins … never once did they think to contact me & update me on the situation. Now I am missing my flight home for Christmas . Thanks a lot Yellow Cab.

I was really excited to hear that yellowcab had finally decided to go with an app. The sad thing is that you can't even register without getting an error. Hopefully this is resolved soon.
