I have been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for 30 years and a Pilates instructor for 25 years and I like to check out various apps to keep my workouts interesting, fun, and fresh, so it doesn’t become monotonous. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed every workout I’ve done so far(I’m up to Day 4). The only suggestion I have would be to allow a few more seconds in between exercises just to get from lying down to standing and vice versa but that I just paused it for a moment and that worked out perfectly. But that’s minuscule compared to all of the many positive aspects and benefits of this app especially since I’m still in the free trial period. Overall, I absolutely love it, it added spice to my daily routine that ordinarily would have become a bit boring. Thank you so much!

I’m somewhat in shape and i put myself as like pretty much out of shape so it’s my fault that the exercises are too easy. With that being said, I can still do them and make them a bit harder, like while doing the calf stretch, I’ll do wall pushups at the same time. Also speeding up the exercise can get you moving. Bicycle crunches are the way TO GO. They hurt like crazy but my abs and core need that workout obviously

I don’t usually leave reviews on apps.. but this one isn’t bad. Yes, you do have to pay to unlock more workouts, but what doesn’t have you do that these days? The workouts that are free on here work just fine for me. My one little issue is when you’re doing the cross one leg over the other stretch, the directions are switched, but not that big of a deal to me. Hope it gets fixed though for the other people that use this app so the same thing isn’t mentioned over and over in the future (if it’s not mentioned already).

I am on day 3. Fist day I did the 10 mins and thought they were way to easy to be doing anything. Day two I was sore in muscles that proved the exercise was indeed actually working unused muscles. Day 3 was harder for me but my legs are weak and it was mostly all wall squats. I am very please so far and for the price… a winner for me!
