This is a great app to use when looking for real estate in Canada. I love the fact that it shows school ratings and other metrics that someone looking for a house would like to know.There are some bugs that need to be addressed and not having access to rental info is also an issue but the app is still good.
Lots of potential, just as many bugs.

This is one of the few iOS apps that lets you search for homes in Canada. It all worked well until I started trying to search for homes via the map. The search locks to whatever you searched for last, or your location and only shows homes in that area, no matter where you scroll on the map. For instance, when using Trulia, even if I search for homes in LA via the search bar, if I scroll to Miami on he map it will still show homes in Miami. There’s a plethora of other bugs, mostly minor, such as a banding effect when scrolling through images and when I first downloaded the app, all of my filters would reset when I pressed done. It took closing the app a few times to fix this. The bug mentioned paragraph 1, however, is the most crippling in my experience. Nevertheless, this app is one of a kind as I can’t find any other like it unless I use Safari, so it gets a 3rd star. You guys have something good going here. I look forward to seeing what this app turns into in the future. Keep it up!

This app is great and very easy to navigate, and wonderful for looking at homes. I was struggling to be able to get my Zillow app to stay in Canada, it was only working on my computer but I prefer using my phone. Zolo was listed in Google as the best app to use for looking at homes in Canada which I needed since I am moving back soon. I have never used a better app. The only thing I would suggest is adding a mètres option so people can select a city they want to live in or around by being able to set a within range.

One of the buggiest apps I've ever seen!!! It hangs regularly, crashes often and worst of all just recently when you do a search on properties for sale, when you press to go to the next page, it shows you rentals in that area, if you go to the page after, it'll show sales again!! Until the end of your shortest list. So for example say total sales in an area is 500 but there are only 250 rentals, when you page through your list pages alternate between sales and rentals, until you get to your last page of rentals (which is the shorter list) and then you can't page anymore!! This application drives me nuts. Hope you guys improve it and fix these crazy issues.
