I have tried probably a dozen different checking accounts and they do a great job of making me want to stay here.Their app is easily the best one. It works the best, has the most features, OUTSTANDING security features, same day free transfers, and fee-less checking accounts. Great job guys!

Latest update is trash. Often the links outside your account pages don’t work or they don’t go anywhere and loop you back to the previous page. Also now their transaction labels make no sense “thank you”Or “right…” instead of “transfer to savings” etc and you can’t edit these even for recurring payments. The help sections is confusingly organized and you have to click thru ten thousand pages to find the Co-op info, and for a few other topics. It’s so unintuitive I’d be laughing myself sick if I weren’t crying in frustration. Can seem to find a feedback page or I’d be leaving this there. Seriously considering moving everything to my other bank and kicking CCU to the curb with it’s terrible app

You can’t edit or cancel scheduled payments from the app. After I scheduled my final payoff, it left my scheduled auto payment intact, they’re scheduled for the same day and support is closed. I can’t edit either payment, so they’re probably going to miss Bill me and I’m gonna have to deal with a refund. It’s absolute nonsense that I can’t adjust a payment after it’s been scheduled without the help of a customer service support member on the phone. And even more ridiculous that there’s no unavailable for chat support or over the phone support after 5 PM on Friday. If you have a choice of banking with any other company, I would encourage you to do so.

They changed some of the features. For some reason I can’t set auto transfers from my checking to my savings bi-monthly, which is how I get paid which I remember being able to do in the past. I’ve been trying to increase my savings and I heard that doing a small daily transfer is one of the easiest ways to stick to it. Well this app doesn’t let me do that either.
