Great app! What's all the fuss about Karen?

I don't see why people are leaving bad reviews. I have never had a problem. If you READ auction terms PRIOR to registering and pay close attention to the details, there shouldn't be an issue. I can't say anything about customer service because I have never had problems registering, bidding, or receiving my wins. I stay away from sellers who don't list in the terms how they process, package, and ship won items. Also, sketchy internet connections will affect one's experience, but that should be obvious. *Developers please make it a little easier to delete notifications! Maybe a select all and delete?

Live auctioneers isn’t ideal but it’s better than this

This app locks you into landscape mode on the iPad, so it’s not possible to turn the iPad vertically. I only use the iPad vertically so that’s a particular challenge for me. It is not possible to block auction houses on this app. I’ve blocked over 90 auction houses on Live Auctioneers that have practices with which I do not agree (These apps should all do a better job of vetting the auction houses on their platforms, but that’s another story). So, a search on this app will include results from auction houses that I will never buy from, which requires careful sorting on my part. Also, on this app, if you ask to join one auction from one auction house, you will be automatically enrolled in every auction from that auction house going forward. And there is no way to turn that off. Customer service is slow/nonexistent. Live auctioneers is not great, either, but it has fewer weaknesses than this app.

I like the app. The filtering settings could be better, but the lack of customer service and communication is appalling. I won an item 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Called the company and no answer. Then I check the reviews. One month, two month wait times to ship or the wrong item shows up. I’m giving it another week and I’m calling the transaction is as fraud to my credit card company. Word of advice folks, stay away from this site. Use eBay or whatever else but you have been warned.

All these auctions are manifestations of criminal organizations, people who buy here do not understand or do not know where to go and trust criminals, do not you realize that they are filling their pockets by selling you pieces of very low grades, I have looked at the pieces they sell and I have presented some and they do not respond because they themselves compare cheap and sell you cheap garbage, they do not know that they themselves are using you, look at the best place to sell and buy is called eBay, here they do not discriminate against you and it is a much safer place, but these places like HiBid, Heritage Auction, and stack roundabouts, are organizations that buy themselves on eBay what is cheap to sell it to you expensive and you fill their pockets, it is time for them to rent, say enough is enough!!!.
