Wish there was a spot I could leave feedback without leaving a permanent review for temporary problems but the app crashes before i can navigate to that feedback section haha. Reinstalled and hard reset my phone 3 times to no avail. Log in and it loads and loads the menu tabs at the bottom of the screen then crashes.

The app has had some improvements over the years but currently if frustrating to open the app if I need to look at my ID card, but have to wait 30 seconds to a minute or more for the app to load claims. Why wait when that information is not what I’m looking for. Can’t that happen in the background and only spin and freeze the app if I go to see my claims? Next issue isn’t really the app but our experience working with SH over the last few years has been atrocious. We hit our out of pocket and then claims get shuffled around and then we owe money and then its shuffled some more and we are owed a refund. Currently we have a claim from Oct 2025 that is still pending processing. I had another bad experience getting a very routine and covered blood draw claim paid correctly where it took months and months of me hounding them. Each time the person said they found and fixed the issue and to wait a month for it to be resolved, and then each time it was messed up still. This took a lot of phone calls to get resolved. On the topic of phone calls whenever we have questions or problems the friendly staff often are not able to figure it out but promise to escalate or work with others to better understand the issues and then they promise to call me back and with the exception of one time, they never follow through, and I have to call back days after they said they’d call me. We are beyond frustrated with our experiences with SH and hope that things can improve and we hope others don’t have the same sad experience we seem to have consistently.

This app could be much better and I’m surprised it isn’t since it’s a subsidiary from what I understand of Intermountain healthcare, which has a great app. Health is new to Colorado and beware before you sign up with them that the choices of healthcare are extremely and I mean EXTREMELY limited.Hospitals considered “mainstream”, such as Swedish, Skyridge, etc., are not in-network. There are two or three medical supply companies nobody’s even heard of that are your only choices for things like CPAP supply or durable, medical equipment, etc. you’re basically relegated to the use of UC Health system which is great if you have all your doctors on that system. If you don’t, get ready for a long long wait before you can get into see a doctor for the first time. I hope overall that Select Health will come and stay in Colorado, but I think their platform and their supply of medical choices should have been built out better before they launched into Colorado. in fact, since there are a subsidiary or branch or something in relation to Intermountain healthcare, it would be nice if they would just make them part of the intermountain healthcare system because nobody has heard of Select Health. Everybody says “could you say the name of your insurance company again?” they tell you they’ve never heard of such a thing. Anytime you tell them that it’s new and it’s owned by Intermountain healthcare then they recognize it. There are a few updates on the app and I assume that’s because they don’t have any new connections or anything new to add to the network of doctors or choices –

If you are a member of Select Health, you are supposed to be able to get credit for having and using your gym membership. The Personify app and Select Health make it near impossible to be able to register for this reward. This app needs to include access to the benefits and rewards that are a part of our membership and they need to be actually available and not just take you to a blank screen. To my second point, if you pay for a claim through the app IT DOESN’T UPDATE THE CLAIM TO PAID! How? Secondly, if I’m looking for a claim deeper in the claim history and click for it to show more, NOW I HAVE 2 OF EVERY CLAIM making it unnecessarily cumbersome and confusing! Christ on a crutch, fix it!
