It has a Pre-Alarm and Auto-Snooze feature to ensure you don't forget to take your pills. It tracks the remaining quantity and shows a refill alert when you're running low. The number of pills per packet is customizable, making it compatible with all types of birth control pills. It also reminds you to use your ring or patch. I love the pill reminder. Simple and efficient! But I would even get more use out of it, if developers would include (simple addl features): 1. Customizable Cycle available (no pause), 2. Prescription Refill Reminder 3. To add patch ( not either or … some people use the app not only for contraceptive but for hormonal medication of all kinds, using patches AND pills) 3. Having customizable reminder for pills/ patches that have to be taken only every other or third day or specific day of week. 4. Add 2 more pill tracks …But this is just me. Would be great. Other than that, the app is very functional and simpatico!

I paid for the upgrade and it was worth it. Just a couple bucks which is no big deal for how important this is. The app works great and has great features so if you are considering the upgrade, it’s worth it.The only bug I have noticed is related to time changes when I am traveling through different time zones. You can manually change the reminder time for a certain day, but that doesn’t work great when I’m changing it for multiple days or going to be in different time zones. Over the last two weeks I’ve been in 3 different time zones and the app doesn’t adjust well. I am now back to my home time zone and the app is still using the time zone I was in a couple days ago. It seems like it takes a while to sync up. Would be great if that was addressed but other than that it’s great and simple.

I love this app! It sends out daily reminders to take your birth control and to refill your pack. You can even make notes for each day which is great way to journal or to just jot down some notes about your health, birth control, or symptoms.Suggestions:One suggestion would be if the app could make a birth control pill pack and we can keep track like this as opposed to a calendar (this would be for pill users of course)Another suggestion is if it can come with a few preset options for symptoms. For example, we can click on the symptoms we are experiencing like headache, fatigue, nausea, etc. this way it is easier to show our doctors an update. Overall, this app is amazing and I love using it, keeps me accountable 😊💖

You have to buy the upgraded version if you want to change the time of the reminder. I wish I would’ve known before getting it. I understand that the developers need to eat (get paid) but I would’ve definitely been more willing to buy the app if I would’ve just been offered the paid version upfront instead of being lured into downloading it and finding out that it works as a reminder but it reminds you Only when the app wants to remind you (at 9AM) and that you can’t change the time unless you pay(?!) please just make it so that the consumer knows they have to pay to use it. The fact that this app labeled as “free“ if not even the Most basic feature—of changing the time of the reminder—is available is misleading.
