I was tagged into this bank maybe 12 years ago when my stepfather who recently just passed a month ago was a fireman for the city of Philadelphia I was always grateful he was able to get me my mother and my siblings into this bank back then because it is been very beneficial and helpful and helps me save what little I always could have being so independent all through my 20s and even at times when I had little to no funds my bank accounts were never closed. I really appreciate the security measures that your bank takes however? A month after the Covid started and my son was born I accidentally signed my signature a little too much down on the check for the mobile check deposit and it was bounced I would’ve appreciated a phone call before hand because like I said it was hard because I had little to no money being a single mom I wasn’t working because of Covid and it was slightly embarrassing asking the person who gifted the check to me and my son for his birth to have another check sent again because of that issue. Other than that I am always very pleased with this bank I just wish the customer support was open a little bit later if it couldn’t be 24 hours

I am far from a computer wiz, and most of the time get intimidated with apps. Having to deal with my money via a bank app really had me scared. Having said (texted) all this, I immediately found PFFCU’s app 100% user friendly. Just look at the menu. Each topic takes you further into what you want and can do. I even was able to transfer money from one account to another in seconds … seconds. It even verifies your intended transaction before you finally approve. That’s most helpful when you made a mistake. Within one visit, I felt like a Computer Geek, seriously. Even proudly mentioned (nonchalantly), I just transferred money into my checking, so you can cash the check (which I wrote out a few minutes before). Just wanted to confirm that. I absolutely love banking with PFFCU. I pay my Visa Rewards Card down, debit card, balance my individual accounts. It’s all listed to see and read. You can customize how & what account you want visible, hide one you don’t want someone to see. I’m telling you, if I can do it without having a panic attack, anyone can. Everyone is always nice, helpful and knowledgeable. If I encountered a problem, it was addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Quick, simple, and reliable app with plenty of time-saving features like mobile check deposit, money transfers, and bill pay. It’s user-friendly, consistent in design, and rarely changes — which I appreciate. There are minimal ads, and the app mirrors the website perfectly, so there’s no confusion switching between the two.I gave it 5 stars without hesitation. As great as the app is, the in-person branches are even better. PFFCU keeps raising the bar for straightforward, no-nonsense banking — and I’m here for it!There are no frills in its appearance, but everything just works. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want from a banking app. A perfect example of the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mindset. If they add another feature, they add another button. Simple as that. Great app. Great bank.

In the beginning when we first down loaded the app it worked very well. Then it logged us out after about a month in a half. First we called they (PFFCU) could not help us so they suggested that we go into one of there branches and we did, so once we got there they started that they could see that we have a mobile account. After awhile went by of them trying to help us we were told that we would have to call the 1-800 number again. Back a forth we went! Back to another brand. Still no help we have no way of seeing our transition through out our account and they have not helped us!!! They only get one star from me because of the lack of professionalism.
