When it actually works it’s fine

Sometimes i can’t log in because it wants to to verify through captcha and the verification uses a computer based website clearly not meant for phones. Kinda silly for a phone, if it does that ( and it’s totally random on it it will or won’t) i simply can’t log in period and that is very irritating.Also I’m sure there is a comment below that says this exact same review so if i get a developer response saying you’ll work on feedback or something. If you don’t work on it, it makes your reply a bit hollow , I’m afraid

There’s nothing perfect in this world, but this so is soooooo much easier to use and more comprehensive than Aetna’s website. Plus, it’s so nice to be able to open the app and have instant access to everything I need. The old way required me to go online, open my browser, type in the website address, and type in my log-in details and then have to navigate through one of the worst websites I have ever been on. This here requires one tap and I’m on because I use Face ID. Even if I didn’t have Face ID I would just have to enter my 4 digit PIN number and voila I’m in!

This app has so many bugs that need to be fixed. Let’s be honest the IT people and the people who created the platform you guys need to get it together and get together. This is the worst app I’ve ever used as an end user. Games in the Apple Store work better than this. The lag time is crazy, the error messages given when you’ve logged in correctly are crazy, the logging me out while I’m still looking for a provider is also crazy. If you ask have let it sit at a rest mode, no I just literally logged on. The hyperlinks don’t even work, it says click here, you click it nothing happens. I could go on and on but I think those two are good enough. When it is all fixed I hope I get a reply or acknowledgment that it is up and running correctly.

The Aetna Medicaid app is incredibly frustrating to use. Half the time, I can’t even login — constant errors and times out make basic access a struggle. On top of that, the design feels like an afterthought. The user interface is noticeably less polished and far less intuitive than the standard Aetna app. It honestly doesn’t even look as nice.Aetna Medicaid recipients deserve the same level of access, design quality, and user experience as other Aetna members. This app sends the message that our healthcare experience is not a priority. Please fix the login issues and bring the interface up to the same standard as the main Aetna app.
