I absolutely love FUB and I’m constantly helping/training my team members on how to use it. However, it seems there are still some areas that could use improvement and there hasn’t been any substantial updates in a long time. Like the ability to send pics or files from your phone through the App. And they need to integrate more of the desktop/laptop features into the mobile app like the ability to add a new contacts address on the initial Add contact page, and the ability to simply use the return button to move to the next field, and the default should always be to begin the next field with a capital letter. These are some basic functionality things that are rudimentary on nearly all other apps. That being said, still the #1 CRM for REALTORS.
Love to use on Desktop and IPhone but….

Let me start by saying I absolutely love FUB. I do however have a minor but important issue. I use my iPad for most of my business for writing contracts, searching properties for clients and other business applications. Due to its versatility and small size I find an iPad to be a nice happy medium between a small phone and a full sized laptop. I just wish the FUB was more optimized for iPads. It totally works like it does on my phone but its just not optimized for the larger screen, I think if this is something that can be achieved it would make this app 100% effective on all platforms!

I run a small real estate team in Tampa. We’ve been FUB users for 7 years. Using the app since it’s launch 4+ years ago. It is the one tool we have we’d be lost without it. The folks at FUB are constantly innovating and adding features. We never feel like we are missing out. The company is forward thinking, has great training and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this company, this product and this app.
Wrong Phone Numbers

The MAJOR ISSUS I face with the app IS if your a team user who uses the team phone numbers the solution brakes. When utilizing the app, you can’t select the phone number that you want to call out with it only calls out and texts with your follow up boss phone number that’s associated with your account even if you received a call from another number. This is an easy fix to solve as they use Twilio for there VOIP stack. Instead of fixing this, they’re working on Ai when you can’t even get a hold of your client on the right phone number. FUB only does updates that benefit them for example Ai is big now so they are expanding on that instead of fixing major issues with emails. They even blocked the ability to use Grammarly on the emails
