My daughter texted our family and asked who wanted to join her in using this step up app. A handful of the family wanted to, so we all started using it as a family. I have been wanting to start walking and step up my exercise for so long, but have not had any accountability, and so therefore have not been able to motivate myself. Once we started this, it just naturally incentivized me. I naturally want to get the most steps in to beat everyone else. And everyone else does also, so the competition has been amazing for all of us. The first day I walked over 10,000 steps. Since then I’ve been walking at least 6,000, but usually over. I’m 68 years old, and as you get older, you really need to keep your body moving. I have been feeling so good physically, and mentally since I started this. I’m shocked at how much walking helps your health. I recommend this for all families. It makes walking fun, and it’s so healthy for you.
Such a great app

Overall, this app is great. It tells you how much steps you take, and how many calories you burned! The best part about it is that there is a Active Bot and a Lazy Bot; it’s like a competition! They Lazy Bot doesn’t take much steps, meanwhile the Active Bot gives you more of a challenge. You can taunt these bots to make them go faster, making it even more of a challenge. Oh, and I almost forgot it tells you how much miles you ran too! Invite some friends to the app, make this fun. There is also a sync to wearable feature, I personally don’t use it but I see how that could be useful (Example: you can pair it to your Apple Watch!) This app calculates your steps even if your phone is off, so there is no need to waste battery by staying on the app the whole time. It shows today’s steps, yesterday’s steps, and your 7 day average. I bet there is so many other features that I haven’t listed, but this app is so great! 5 stars.

Amazing Customer Service!!!

I’ve been competing this month with my company and one evening realized I had been signed out and could not get logged back in through Facebook. I sent an email with screenshots, and Pratik responded very quickly to let me know it was a known issue with Facebook and they were working to get it resolved asap. He advised me I could login under Google until it was fixed and then all my steps logged under Google would show up under my Facebook account once I could log back in under that account. He emailed today to let me know it had been resolved and all my steps went back under my Facebook account. I was amazed at his promptness in getting back to me both times, and helping me navigate a solution in the meantime that gave me a seamless experience. Thank you, Pratik!

Never remove the confetti
Kait the Gay
You can set your step goal, and when you hit it, you get confetti. And there’s a button you can hit as MANY times as you want to get more vide confetti that day. All the dopamine 🎉🎉🎉The sharing your steps with others is also a big encouragement for me! I feel accomplished when I share with others that I accomplished my goal. The whole taunting/encouraging thing is just chat prompts, which I find a lil silly personally. It’s a very simple app, but it’s one there’s no way to really get distracted on. No feed to scroll, no flashy pictures (other than the ads, which aren’t too invasive in my opinion ). I find this is helpful to ACTUALLY get you walking, instead of, you know.. spending time scrolling. I downloaded this for a work challenge and I plan on keeping it!
