This newly rebranded app will allow you to view the details of your claims, and referral and authorizations including status, provider information, and associated dates. You can also view, print, share, and email your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and referral letters. In addition, you can grant access (Release of Information), view your eligibility, Primary Care Manager (PCM) information, cat cap, and deductible (where applicable), make payments, view payment history and find network providers.
Login needs to be made easier for users, there are hundreds of users in our clinic that are complaining about how hard it is to just login (password expires every so often, some can’t even remember the password as requirements are too complex, face recognition is not available). Login needs to be made easier! Patients are outright refusing to use the app because they just can’t login! This is resulting in extra work needed to be done by our call centers and providers!

My experience is always horrible. Its not user friendly, difficult to move around , every challanging site It’s extremely to find Dr in net worth, especially if you’re seeking a specialist. Not to mention looking for the location . Even if you put in the correct information or nearest location they want to sent you an hr away . And if you need a test do. And put that test in no results and I understand you have to be specific on what your asking but we are not medical professionals so we use basics words like nerve condition testing, colonoscopy testing , mri location. Then when you try to talk to someone on line you can never get a hold of them despite being told you will be the next one . Then you’re bombarded with what is the Npi number the Cpi number, the exact billing address and the codes . Where are we supposed to get all this ? Physical therapy out Dr won’t know the codes until we’re seen and evaluated . Needs to be more user friendly

Completely overblown login process

It takes an act of god to create a log in password. It was literally easier for me to log into my top secret account. The problem with this is that health care should not be this hard. The specific issues are as follows. The website times out 7 of 8 attempts to log in. It directed me to take photos of my ID then kicked me out of the system. When I tried to get back, it stated I needed to create the account. When I tried to create the account, it said the user name was already taken. All 3 apps listed for the multi factor authentication are either broken or pay apps. Then. When you finally get in, they require a company URL. And here I am. 2 hours into trying to just get my proof of insurance card and am wasting more time providing his feedback. My next step is to write a letter to DOGE.

This is a great application. It works well, the user interface is intuitive, easy to navigate and matches what you’re used to seeing on the website. Works seamlessly with the DS Login system (which seems like a miracle based on every other DOD sponsored app.)App devs, if you’re reading these reviews, thanks for a job well done. I’ve tried a lot of DOD sponsored apps and 95% fail to meet the mark due to lack of integration with existing systems. Bravo!
