Update 6: The creator messaged back on Twitter to let those who reported the issue know he'd resolved it (very quickly). I confirmed it's back to working very well as expected. Update 5: I'm now on iOS 26. The app has worked well and I increased my rating to reflect as much, but it has one again started to see stability issues. Whenever adding or deleting a series the app crashes. Hopefully this is something they quickly fix and I can once again increase the rating. Still the best app out there for tv show tracking but it also still could be much better. Update 4: I keep having to reduce my rating. After iOS 13 this app is trash. It stalls when marking things as watched. It is now crashing and that is after it marked everything not mine as unwatched. So now I'm lost on things I still have to watch. So what's the point?!? I want to like this app. For the lounge of God. Fix it already!!!!Update 3: They fixed the crashing issue and much to my surprise after saying earlier that they simply wouldn't do landscape mode because it was "so broken" they've finally decided to add it for both iPad and iPhone. The app is much better overall now. Their Support staff is still lacking and does not reply (running 1/3 times I've contacted them). Update 2: Newest version crashes constantly. Now near unusable. Keeps getting worse somehow!!!Update: Now some shows are continuously coming back as unwatched even after meeting them watched dozens of times. I'm about done with this app. I use this on both my phone and iPad. The decision to remove landscape mode on iPads because "it was so broken and was a quick port to the iPad" is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. Fix the program correctly don't limit it. This shows a total lack of commitment to the program. Also it is very annoying you can't change time zones still to reflect the proper show times. Get it together guys. This could be a great five star app if you did.

I have had this app for a long while now and I’ve always found it VERY useful. I paid for the full version. I depend on it for my TV addiction, 📺😵‍💫so now that it’s dang near unusable it’s a huge letdown. It started by not letting me add any new shows for the last month. Well they fixed that problem and added 3-4 system ruining new ones. Everytime I open this app now it for some reason goes back about a year and opens the app with that info. All the shows I am keeping up with either say I haven’t watched any episodes or it doesn’t even have the episode info on some shows. I spent over an hour redoing all my progress on every show and thought that was that because the new update must have caused this and I thought it must be fixed. Well I opened it up a few hours later and it had returned to the memory from like a year ago again. I toyed with a few shows and turned it off and back on and they went back to the old progress again. Basically unusable now. Also I Exported the file to the cloud and my phone and it still doesn’t work right when I try to import the last save. I really hate this because as I said I depend on this app. I only gave it an extra star or 2 because it did work great for a couple of years before all this mess started.I had trouble being connected to Trakt TV years ago so I haven’t been connected in like 2 years and it’s worked fine. Until recently. I just updated it and it seems to be working better. I’ll give it a week or so and update my review if the problems stop. Thanks for responding.

I’m hoping you can take not of my review considering I paid for and have continually used this app since I was 15. I’m now 22. There is a bug that absolutely destroys the experience for me. I will go through a show that I once marked as watched and mark it as I watched because my memory is terrible and I would like to watch it again, therefore use the app to keep track of my new viewings. But it NEVER fully deletes my watched. I will unclick the same episodes watched icon over and over and every time I refresh or reopen the app it’s back. It will always be just a couple that stick never all of them and I don’t understand. PLEASE FIX THIS! I love this app but I see there hasn’t been any updates recently and I hope developers haven’t given up on it because I do love it so much. If I had to move to a different app I would be upset and unsatisfied because this app always had everything I’ve asked for.

iShows TV is seriously the best TV management app on iOS. I've had it for a year and a half now, and love its features. The UI is really well thought out, and has plenty of options. I've tried similar apps, which on the surface seem great, but they lack features and mostly attempt to "wow" buyers with cover art, while offering a claustrophobic and confusing UI. iShows goes FAR beyond that, giving you access to full, clearly presented info on shows and episodes, AND allows you to see which TV/streaming services TV shows are available on. iShows clearly displays the number of episodes that are available to watch, along with the ability to customize the app's theme. Finally, you're even able to select your preferred cover art from images pulled from Trakt. The one bit of feedback I have is that it would be great to have 1-2 additional 'favorites' screens for more organization options.
