Nice app, easy to use and buy crypto with. Interface is easy to navigate around which is great. Have had a few questions here and there but their support team has been pretty quick to get back to me which is pleasing. Would recommend

I deposited thousands of dollars into this app to buy Bitcoin, expecting a smooth and efficient experience. But when I tried to transfer my funds to my destination wallet, I was met with endless delays and intrusive questioning. They asked things like who are you and why are you sending the money—questions that are completely unnecessary and none of their business.After hours of waiting and going back and forth with their support team, I gave up and withdrew my funds—losing nearly $60 in value in the process. Their excuse for the delay? They claimed they were “not familiar” with the destination wallet I was trying to send to. Again, that’s not their business.Every transaction seems to take over 10 hours, and the constant interrogation makes the whole process feel like a scam. I’ve closed my account and won’t be using this app again.
