Loved the app, before the recent update.

I used this app everyday on my way to work, and the way it listed the items and the checkout was quick and convenient, but the recent update just made the app worse, I don’t see the reason I would need to create a Bopple account just to order takeaway but whatever, but the way everything’s listed in the app, having to scroll through the items one by one especially when there are dozens is just annoying, and now I have to use Face ID for checkout? Why couldn’t it of just been kept the same as it always was?

In the latest upgrade every single time I go to pay it says Apple Pay and even when I change it in the settings it goes back to Apple Pay.If I wanted Apple Pay, I would put it in there as my default don’t force me to use something I don’t want to use

I got the “order not confirmed” issue but couldn’t call the provider because they turned the phones off completely. So I wasn’t sure what to do. I tried to help and support, but it just sent away a request. There’s no need live person to speak to.I ended up having to drive to the restaurant and figure it out bc I didn’t want to risk not getting a refund. They sorted out the order / refund for me but the employees didn’t know how to cancel it and kept telling me I had to. Then I had the door dash driver angrily telling me to cancel it but I couldn’t. If that’s going to be your policy, everyone who uses the app on the providers end should be aware the customer can’t cancel it. :(
