Primitive app, missing location
The app is very limited, rather primitive. One of the options is to pre-order, but it doesn’t pull up the Manly location as an option. And there’s no menu with descriptions and pricing (unless you’re going to preorder, but if manly doesn’t come up as an option, you won’t see a menu)
Re-order
Good morning,
Wanted to leave some feedback on your app experience. It’s frustrating when you go to reorder your usual order, which for me and I imagine many others is from the same location. But then you have to select the location again.
Can you trial changing it to by default choosing the location of the reorder you select, and prompting check location is ok but be able to hit order if it is ok.
Today despite being very close to my usual place I accidentally hit the top location and re-ordered to another restaurant. Very frustrating.
Hope this is a reasonable suggestion.

Staff at certain stores don’t do their jobs, when you scan, some inexperienced or new staff somehow press a button so you don’t get points on your purchases, when you contact them about this issue- they do absolutely NOTHING about it. The app is a sham and you’ll be left disappointed!
