Doesn’t play nice with password managers

Overall not a bad app, but it’s fiddly trying to login. Not at all compatible with 1Password. 1Password can fill the login but the login button doesn’t become available as I assume it thinks the fields are still empty. Literally the only app I own where this is a problem and has been for years. Every time the app updates, login details reset and the saga starts over again. Update your app please.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the feedback, RaffGonz. We’ll pass on this password issue to our developers for consideration and testing. Glad to hear you’re happy with the app once you get logged in. Thanks, Team CBHS.

Cannot login

Appalling to see that there are reviews that are over a year old advising that there are problems logging in using saved passwords in an iPhone and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I use complex passwords created by Apple and I’m not going to spend two minutes typing it manually to access the app. This is the only app that I experience this problem with. Get your act together CBHS app developers and fix the problem ASAP. ,

Can’t be trusted can end up out of pocket

Just submitted a claim the app reported that all was successful. 24hrs later I received an email from an agent advising it was not successful. CBHS have a backend process to check the success of uploaded receipts which suggests they have a number of backend issues with the application. So regardless if the application reports success it’s not guaranteed and you end up out of pocket if you don’t have the receipt to resend.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry to hear this happened and I understand this must have been frustrating. We will pass on this feedback to our app and claims teams for consideration. Thanks, Team CBHS
