Clunk city

Wow, what a trip back 10 years to where your chat doesn’t even recognise you’re logged in and have to provide personal details manually over the chat. This app is antiquated, reflects the limited and clunky desktop experience. Slow, semi manual, process driven and unintuitive. Allows the bare basics ok but anything else you’re better off waiting 30 mins on the phone. At least the call centre people are nice when you get through. It’s not the app so much as reflecting the poorly managed tech behind that doesn’t allow for contemporary user experiences. Download if you reminisce what digital service was like in 2010.

This app is a trash panda

C’mon CBHS, get it together. The purpose of the app is to make things readily accessible and smooth. This is far from what it does. Every time I go to lodge a claim via the app, uploading an image never works. It’s beyond frustrating. Put some dev hours into your app.

Useless app update, no user friendly improvement.

Waste of members money to pay for this update/downgrade. Cannot completely logged out so another member# can login. Providers search is stupid, assuming companies as individuals with given name and surname, no search field for companies name!? The new logo, does not convey CBHS core and membership values. A change in CEO and marketing & branding staff to come up stupidities, total waste of members’s funds!
