Recurring error message for months

For the past 4 months I’ve been unable to use the app and have had to login to their website via a browser due to the error message that says “No internet”. In fact my internet is working fine with every other app and email client and browser that I use a matter of seconds before and after attempting to login to the CBHS app. This error appears to be have been going on for some time now so it would be nice to see it finally fixed.

Hello, Thank you for the review and we are sorry you are experiencing issues with logging in. The 'no internet connection' is a known bug we are in the process of fixing and a new version of the app will be out soon. In the meantime, under setting please ensure the 'enable pin' functionality is turned off and we recommend enabling Face ID. Thank you, The CBHS Team

Wow, what a trip back 10 years to where your chat doesn’t even recognise you’re logged in and have to provide personal details manually over the chat. This app is antiquated, reflects the limited and clunky desktop experience. Slow, semi manual, process driven and unintuitive. Allows the bare basics ok but anything else you’re better off waiting 30 mins on the phone. At least the call centre people are nice when you get through. It’s not the app so much as reflecting the poorly managed tech behind that doesn’t allow for contemporary user experiences. Download if you reminisce what digital service was like in 2010.

Functions but needs major improvements

I use the app every 3 months to submit a claim, and every single time I have to enter all my login information despite saving the settings to allow Face ID and pin access. Submitting a claim is slow, takes a long time to upload receipts despite being on fast wifi. Doesnt allow you to upload a receipt as a PDF from your phone, only allows a picture from your gallery. Descriptions next to pharmacy items would be a big time saver as they only have item numbers which never relate to a pharmacy receipt
